How do you stay fit in college?
"After hours of sitting in class, library, and at my dorm room desk, I tend to get extremely stiff. In order to release this stiffness I like to perform dynamic stretches that get me moving. I get a great release of stiffness in my hips, from hitting, and from my upper back, from being rounded for hours at the desk. I encourage you to get up and move! |
